I'm a senior product designer. For about ten years I've worked on software where a missed document or an unclear status costs real money or real harm: lending, compliance, healthcare, and now construction finance. Agencies, startups, enterprise fintech, and right now a fractional lead role through Toptal.
The work is always some version of the same thing. Take a process that's buried in documents and steps, figure out how it actually happens, and turn it into one surface people can trust. I like being the senior design voice in a small room, with direct access to the people deciding and room to fix the system, not just the screen.
How I work
Where I do my best work
Early-to-growth product teams, two to five designers or a fractional seat where I'm the design authority. An evidence culture, a real product partner, and a mandate to systemize. I'm not the right fit for marketing-metric-driven teams, design buried under engineering, or anywhere "make it pretty" is the whole job.
