I’ve designed for loan origination, portfolio monitoring, compliance tracking, and clinical assessment. I start by learning how the work happens today. Then I design with product and engineering, and I document decisions as the work develops.

Selected work
At Provide, loan agents worked through each deal’s requirements in APEX. Checking a supporting document meant leaving the requirement list, then finding their place again. I observed how agents and reviewing teams handled those documents and designed several changes to that work. One was a drawer, introduced through a prototype, that opens the document beside the list. It shipped in 2021. Other teams later reused it, and it became a pattern across the platform.
